AQUAREA SERVICE+ TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Service Scope
Aquarea Service+ provides comprehensive maintenance and support services for Aquarea heat pump systems. The service includes regular maintenance, emergency repairs, and technical support to ensure optimal system performance.
2. Service Includes
- Annual maintenance and inspection
- Emergency repair services (24/7 availability)
- Technical support and troubleshooting
- Spare parts replacement (covered under warranty terms)
- System optimization consultations
3. Service Exclusions
Service does not include:
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Modifications made by unauthorized personnel
- Damage from external factors (natural disasters, vandalism)
- Misuse or negligence of the equipment
4. Warranty
All services provided are covered under our standard warranty terms. Additional warranty options may be available for extended coverage.
5. Payment Terms
Service charges are due upon invoice. Annual plans available at discounted rates. Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and direct debit.
6. Cancellation Policy
Service can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Prorated refunds available for unused service periods.
7. Liability
Aquarea is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Maximum liability is limited to service fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Service Agreement Duration
This agreement is valid for the selected service period (monthly/annual) and automatically renews unless cancelled.
